New Barrow bars want to sell alcohol until 5am.
A.S.H bar limited has applied to Westmorland and Furness Council for a premises licence for Legacy, which would open in 57-59 Cavendish Street and another for Bistro 59 at 59 Cavendish Street.
Another application has been lodged to vary the premises licence for Theatre Bar in light of a change of the layout of the building.
The firm wants both venues to allow the sale of alcohol from 10am to 5am every day.
It comes after a planning application was lodged by Adam Healey to integrate Theatre Bar, on Cavendish Street in Barrow, with Wrapport.
The plans said the integration of Theatre Bar and Wrapport would provide an enlarged nightclub, a restaurant, a kitchen and a bar.
The site of the former takeaway would consist of a kitchen area and a chill out bar area on the ground floor with a restaurant on the first floor.
Plans submitted also show in the integrated venue there will be a bar on the ground floor of Theatre Bar with a stage area, a general seating area and a VIP seating area on the second floor.
Toilets will be located in the cellar, the first floor and the fourth floor.
There would be connecting points between the currently separate properties.
A rooftop terrace is also part of the plans.
According to an application form submitted by the applicant, it is proposed there could be 22 full-time employees – currently there are six and 16 part-time workers – currently there are seven.
