Police are investigating a crash after a man in his 80s was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The crash involved a pedal cyclist and a Land Rover Discovery and happened on Monday 8 July at approximately 9.30am on the A591 Rydal Road.
As a result of the crash the cyclist, a man in his 80s, received serious injuries and remains in hospital.
Police are interested in tracing a white Mercedes Vito van and a red hatchback that would have passed the cyclist just prior the collision.
Officers would also like to trace and speak with two walkers that were passing as the incident occurred and the driver of a white VW transporter that was directly behind the cyclist and the motor vehicle involved.
