A group of teens made racist sounds and gestures towards a passer-by in Carlisle.
Police are investigating the incident as an offence of racially aggravated public order.
The incident was reported to have happened on Wednesday September 11 at around 7.50pm outside Farmfoods on Shaddongate.
Police are appealing for any witnesses to the incident, or any information around the suspects – young males – involved.
