A man has been arrested after reports of an indecent exposure incident in a Carlisle park.
It happened in Bitts Park on September 7 at 3pm.
The suspect was described as male, black, 25 years of age, very skinny with very short hair and wearing a grey, sporty hoodie.
A man has been arrested and released on bail pending further enquiries.
Police are requesting information from anybody that was in the area at the time that may have seen the incident, or that has dashcam footage, to come forward.
