A man has been assaulted by a teen in Carlisle, in what police are describing as a hate incident.
It happened on Tuesday, October 8, at around 12.10pm on English Street, outside St Cuthbert’s Lane.
The victim was not injured.
The suspect is described as a slim, white, around 16 or 17 years old, 6ft, with blond hair with short sides and wearing black tracksuit.
