- John Roger Rivers, Liberal Democrats – 29

Wetheral
- Ruth Elizabeth Alcroft, Labour Party – 160
- Gareth Michael Ellis – Conservative Party – 665 ELECTED
- Sarah Joyce Wills, Liberal Democrats – 463
