A slice of Lake District woodland paradise is on the market for just £80,000.

Two acres of land in Barbmire Woods, near Lowick Green, Ulverston, is up for sale with Corrie and Co – who said the site was a ‘rare’ buying opportunity.

The self-contained parcel of land sits within the Lake District National Park boundary and has several on-site amenities as well as natural features including Foundry Beck, which runs through the land, and natural pools.

Amenities include off-road parking, a caravan, utility shed, chemical toilet and a circular fire pit for outdoor gatherings – in true back-to-nature style.

The site offers privacy through woodland embankments and also benefits from several established walking paths on site.

The land is situated close to Coniston Water, the hamlets of Lowick and the nearby Red Lion Pub.

Despite its rural location – the site is also able to be accessed by car from the A590.

Viewings strictly by appointment only through independent sales and lettings agent Corrie and Co.
