A man has been arrested after a woman was punched in the face while outside a Barrow pub.
Police said they were investigating the assault, in the doorway of the Derby Inn on Dalton Road, which happened yesterday, February 15, at around 8.30pm.
The victim was not injured.
A 47-year-old man was arrested for assault and remains in police custody.
Police want to speak to anyone who saw the incident to establish what occurred.
