
Police are appealing for witnesses after the theft of a bike outside the gym on Annie Pit Lane, Workington, on February 11 from 7.30pm to 8pm.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses in the area at the time and anyone who may have any ring doorbell/CCTV footage in the area of Annie Pit Lane, Holyoake Terrace and Honister Drive.
The bike has since been recovered and officers said they were also interested in speaking with the person who recovered the stolen bike.

In another incident, police are investigating an attempted bike theft at Workington Leisure Centre on Griffin Street on February 4 at around 1pm.
It was reported that two men were disrupted while attempting to steal a bike by breaking the chain.
Police are specifically appealing to a man who approached a female member of staff from the leisure centre and was able to provide further information to come forward.
They are also appealing for any other witnesses who were in the area at the time.
