Two teen boys have been arrested after an electric bike was stolen from Whitehaven’s Aldi store.
The incident happened on Monday afternoon and police said two 17-year-olds have been arrested.
The pair have been released on bail while a charging decision is made by the Crown Prosecution Service.
Copeland Police said: “We would like to take this opportunity to thank the public with their assistance in widely sharing images of the bike on social media, it was returned to the store on Tuesday afternoon and the owner is very relieved to have it back.”
