A luxury Lake District hotel has been named among the best of the best by TripAdvisor in its new one of a kind category.
Gilpin Hotel & Lake House, the family-run hotel near Windermere, was awarded the accolade as part of the review platform’s Travellers’ Choice Awards 2025 – a prestigious honour that places the Lake District retreat among the top 10 rated ‘one-of-a-kind’ hotels in the country.
The awards are based on consistently exceptional reviews and ratings from travellers, recognising Gilpin Hotel & Lake House, for its commitment to outstanding service, luxurious comfort and unforgettable guest experiences.
