A man in his 20s died in a fire in Carlisle.
Firefighters and police were called to James Street yesterday, Tuesday May 13.
Emergency services were called at around 2.20pm.
A man, in his 20s, was found dead at the scene.
Joint enquiries are underway involving police and the fire service, Cumbria police said.
There are no suspicious circumstances at this time, they added.
