Man exposes himself in Penrith

Police are appealing for witnesses following a report of a man exposing himself in Penrith.

The incident happened at around 10.40am on Thursday, May 15, at the entrance of an alley between Bluebell Lane car park and Middlegate – the closest alley to the car park.

The man is described as white and aged in his 50s or 60s.

He was also described as overweight and bald and was wearing a T-shirt and grey tracksuit trousers. He also wore glasses and was carrying a plastic bag.

Officers said they were keen to hear from anyone who can help with their investigation.
