BAE Systems is due to move a heavy load by road today, May 22, in Barrow today.
The planned move from Associated British Ports to BAE Systems’ Central Yard Complex, due to take place yesterday, May 21, was delayed a day.
It will now take place early this afternoon.
Traffic will be delayed for around an hour on Michaelson Road and Bridge Road.
Cumbria Constabulary will operate a rolling road closure during the move.
