A man in his 20s has died following an early hours collision on the A595 in West Cumbria.
Police are investigating the incident, which happened today, Monday May 26, at around 3.20am on the A595 between Whitehaven to Workington.
The collision involved a red Ford Fiesta and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a man in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Anyone with any information, including dashcam footage which could help the investigation is asked to contact police.
