A woman was arrested on suspicion of arson following a fire in Maryport.
Cumbria Police is asking for people to come forward who may have witnessed a fire at an address in Brooklands Avenue in the town in the early hours of Saturday May 24.
A 32-year-old woman from Maryport was subsequently arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life.
She has since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Nobody was injured in the incident.
