
A man has appeared in court and admitted breaching a sexual harm prevention order.
Charlie Currie, 21, was arrested after a police investigation into reports of suspicious activity in the area of a Kendal play park.
The offences relate to reports of suspicious activity when a man had approached children near to a play park in early April and earlier this week.
Currie, of Rinkfield, Kendal, appeared at Furness Magistrates’ Court today, charged with two counts of breaching a sexual harm prevention order.
At court, Currie pleaded guilty to the offences. He has been remanded in custody ahead of a further court appearance on July 17.
