Police have issued a CCTV image following an assault in Penrith.
The incident happened outside Greggs on Devonshire Street at around 1.30am on June 12.
A man was grabbed from behind by another man, described as white, about 6ft tall, with dark hair and a short beard. The victim was scratched with a car key on his neck during this incident.
Police are asking for people’s help to identify the man pictured, who they would like to speak to as part of the investigation.
