Emergency services were called to an incident in Workington today.
Police, the North West Ambulance Service and the Great North Air Ambulance were called to the Harcourt Street area of the town, near the railway station, at around 3.40pm today, Thursday July 17.
The air ambulance landed on the green at Bromley Court.
At around 6pm, a crime scene investigation van and two police cars remain parked in the area.
Cumbria police has been contacted.
