Changes for Workington Town squad

Workington Town head coach Jonty Gorley (Ben Challis)

Workington Town have made changes to the squad for Sunday’s visit of Keighley Cougars.

On loan winger Andy Djeukessi has made a big impression at Town and his parent club Castleford took note as he was included in the Tigers side for last night’s Super League clash with St Helens.

It wasn’t a night for the Tigers, however, as they crashed 40-0 with young Dieukessi starting on the wing.

Workington’s new signing Mason Lewthwaite is, however, in Town’s squad for Sunday while Ellis Archer also returns to the 21 but Dave Eccleston misses out with a muscle injury.

Jonty Gorley’s squad is: Ross Ainley, Levi Atiga, Lucas Castle, Max Clarke, Jamie Doran, Spencer Fulton, Guy Graham, Mason Lewthwaite, Stevie Scholey, Grant Reid, Ellis Archer, Jake Carter, Lennon Clark, Rio Corkill, Callum Farrer, Zarrin Galea, Cooper Howlett, Callum Phillips, Jack Stephenson, Cole Walker-Taylor, Dom Wear.
