A man has been arrested after police stopped a vehicle on the M6 and seized 15kg of cannabis.
Police stopped the vehicle near Junction 41 yesterday, Wednesday August 20.
Saimir Jahelezi, 31, of Priorswell Road, Nottinghamshire, was stopped by officers from the roads policing unit travelling north at around 10am.
Jahelezi was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class B drugs.
Jahelezi is due to appear before Carlisle Magistrates Court today, Thursday August 21.
