DJ Chris Moyles will be broadcasting his breakfast show on Radio X from Whitehaven next week.
As part of the celebrations to mark 10 years of the show, he will be visiting multiple locations in the Massive Decade Tour.
He will be based at the Beacon Museum in Whitehaven on Thursday, September 18.
Moyles’ producer James Robinson is from Whitehaven and Moyles DJed at Whitehaven Alive in 2022.
When announcing the tour, he called Whitehaven ‘Brownhaven’ in reference to the town’s discoloured water in the harbour.
The Beacon said: “The Beacon team can’t wait to welcome Chris Moyles and the Radio X crew as they broadcast their morning show from 6.30am to 10am.”
It is a closed studio with no audience participation.
