A free event to help landlords navigate the forthcoming Renters Rights Bill will be held next month.

The bill will bring about the most significant changes to the private rental sector since 1997 – and landlords need to know their responsibilities and obligations.

PFK Property Management is hosting its second event about the bill to support landlords and bring clarity about the changes.

Darrel Kwong, of DWK Consultancy, a respected lettings specialist, will provide expert insights on the bill and its implications for landlords.

It will be held on Tuesday October 21 from 5.30pm (doors open 5pm) at the Roundthorn Country House in Penrith.

The event is open to all landlords who want to make sure they are fully prepared for the changes ahead.
