Police are investigating a series of arsons in a South Cumbrian town.
Rubbish bins have been set alight in Kendal town centre over recent weeks.
South Lakes Police is appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Officers are asking for anyone who has seen any suspicious activity at the Bird Cage at around 10.55pm on September 11 and Kendal Bus Station at 10.35am on September 17, 2.25am on September 21 and 11am on September 22.
South Lakes Police said: “In all of these instances public litter bins have been set alight.
“This obviously poses a risk to the public but also necessitates emergency crews turning out to respond.
“We are keen to hold those responsible to account.”
Anyone with information is asked to call 101.
