A car was seized by police after it caused an obstruction on a West Cumbrian street.
Copeland police said the vehicle, parked on double yellow lines in Whitehaven, was taken away by officers as it was causing an obstruction.
Copeland police said: “The rail replacement service wasn’t able to get past causing more disruption to people travelling on the rail network.
“Please be mindful when parking vehicles especially with the continued work on the rail system.
“The rail replacement services will be continuing for the foreseeable future until the issues with Bransty Tunnel are resolved.”
The rail replacement bus is taking passengers from and to Whitehaven Railway Station and Corkickle Railway Station while Bransty Tunnel, a 1km tunnel which connects the stations, is closed for work.
