The Cumberland ARL season ends tonight with the last big final and it couldn’t be a more intriguing clash.
It’s one-all between Seaton and Maryport in showpiece games over the last three weeks – so this is the trilogy decider!
Maryport were 22-12 winners to lift the Premier Division title in a play-off at their home the Athletic Ground.
Then two weeks ago it was Seaton who triumphed 8-6 at Glasson in the Firpress Printers Cumberland Cup final.
Both sides are well coached, and there isn’t a lot between them with another tight affair expected tonight at the Fibrus Community Stadium in Workington, kick-off 7pm.
Cumbria Crack’s John Walsh tracked down the two coaches last night and this is what they had to say about the final.
