Penrith’s Winter Sparkle sprinkled some Christmas magic in the town this weekend.
The Christmas lights switch-on event attracted thousands of people to the town yesterday, Saturday November 22.
It also incorporated the Winter Droving procession. Penrith’s Winter Droving was cancelled at the 11th hour last month due to safety concerns because of high winds forecast.
