A man is in hospital in a serious condition following an assault in West Cumbria.
The man, in his 20s, was seriously injured in the incident in Frizington on Sunday December 7.
Louie Graham, 21, appeared in court yesterday, Monday December 8, charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
He has been remanded in custody.
Police were called to a home on Frizington Road at around 4.20am on Sunday.
Graham is scheduled to appear in court again on January 6.
