Kaiser Chiefs will play Cartmel Racecourse next year.

The award-winning band, who have had several top 10 singles, will appear at the South Cumbrian venue on June 26 2026.

Tickets go on presale on Wednesday for subscribers and general sale on Friday at 10am.

Formed in Leeds in 2000, Kaiser Chiefs is fronted by Ricky Wilson with Simon Rix, Andrew White, Nick Baines and Vijay Mistry.

The band is known for anthemic live performances and a catalogue of era-defining hits including Ruby, Oh My God, I Predict A Riot, Everyday I Love You Less and Less and Never Miss A Beat.

They have won three Brit Awards.

Geraldine McKay, director of racing at Cartmel Racecourse, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to be welcoming Kaiser Chiefs to Cartmel Racecourse.

“They are an iconic British band with an outstanding live reputation, and securing an act of this calibre further strengthens Cartmel’s position as one of the region’s leading outdoor music venues.

“Their music will bring a fantastic energy to the racecourse and an audience drawn from a wide range of age groups, reflecting the band’s enduring popularity.”
