A man who died in unexplained circumstances at his Cumbrian home has been named by police.
Officers said they have formally identified the 73-year-old man who died at an address in Silloth.
Stanley Smith, of Fell Close, Silloth, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Cumbria police were called at 5.35am on Monday, December 22, to a report of an unresponsive man at the property on Fell Close.
Brian Smith, 33, of Acre Dales, Abbeytown, has been charged with murder.
