
Emergency services were called to a five-vehicle collision in West Cumbria at the weekend.
Copeland Police said officers were called to Cleator on Saturday.
No-one was seriously injured in the collision, police said.
The driver of one vehicles was suspected of being under the influence of drink or drugs but failed to provide a specimen of breath or saliva and was arrested.
He is due to appear in court.
Copeland police thanked people at the scene who offered to help.
