A Lake District hotel will celebrate Wimbledon fortnight to help tennis fans soak up the action in style.
Game, Set and Match returns to Another Place, The Lake from June 29 to July 12.
Another Place, The Lake serves the best of courtside atmosphere lakeside with a giant cinema screen showing daily matches in the run‑up to and all through finals weekend. In between court coverage, children’s films, cinema classics and tennis‑themed favourites.
Another Place invites guests, locals and visitors to settle into summer with glasses of Champagne, garden games and strawberries and cream from The Glasshouse.
Family‑themed days – including Harry Potter with potions and Disney fancy dress – will add to the magic.
From noon, woodfired pizza from the Glasshouse will fuel the action, while the Land Rover Discovery horsebox bar will serve a menu of seasonal cocktails, including Wimbledon favourite, Pimms cocktails. And from boules to croquet, quoits to giant Jenga, traditional outdoor games on the grass will encourage guests to get into the sporting spirit.

Game, Set and Match is open to non-residents. Arrive with your picnic blanket, take your pick from the food and drink available in the grounds, and enjoy the film.
