
A man has been banned from Carlisle city centre for two years.
Radnor Graham, 40, of Carlisle, was given a two-year criminal behaviour order at Carlisle Magistrates Court.
It was secured by Carlisle Neighbourhood Policing Team after Graham appeared at court for a theft from Asda on St Nicholas Gate on April 13.
He is banned from:
- Entering any premises part of the Carlisle Shopwatch scheme/Cumbria Safer Business Partnership (Carlisle)
- Entering Carlisle city centre (unless for pre-arranged appointments or travelling on public transport)
- Being in possession of any unsealed vessel containing alcohol in any public place
- Entering Asda at St Nicholas Gate in Carlisle
Anyone who witnesses the terms of a court order being broken is asked to contact the police immediately.
The punishment for breaking the terms of a criminal behaviour order can be up to five years in prison.
Anyone who witnesses Graham breaching the terms of his criminal behaviour order is asked to contact the police.
