Raynor Graham

A man has been banned from Carlisle city centre for two years.

Radnor Graham, 40, of Carlisle, was given a two-year criminal behaviour order at Carlisle Magistrates Court.

It was secured by Carlisle Neighbourhood Policing Team after Graham appeared at court for a theft from Asda on St Nicholas Gate on April 13.

He is banned from:

  • Entering any premises part of the Carlisle Shopwatch scheme/Cumbria Safer Business Partnership (Carlisle)
  • Entering Carlisle city centre (unless for pre-arranged appointments or travelling on public transport)
  • Being in possession of any unsealed vessel containing alcohol in any public place
  • Entering Asda at St Nicholas Gate in Carlisle

Anyone who witnesses the terms of a court order being broken is asked to contact the police immediately.

The punishment for breaking the terms of a criminal behaviour order can be up to five years in prison.

Anyone who witnesses Graham breaching the terms of his criminal behaviour order is asked to contact the police.
