
Police are making enquiries after a man in his 70s died in Keswick.
Officers were called at around 8.40am yesterday, Tuesday July 7, by the North West Ambulance Service to reports of a concern for welfare of a man at Greta Garden in the town.
It is understood an air ambulance also attended.
Cumbria police said: “Emergency services attended and a man in his 70s was declared dead at the scene.
“Enquiries are currently ongoing into this investigation.
“Officers can confirm there are no suspicious circumstances.”
Cumbria police said a file will be prepared for the coroner.
