Mitchells is holding a free valuation event at Blindcrake Village Hall this weekend.
The event, on Saturday July 11, runs from 10am to 2pm and is in aid of the restoration and maintenance of St Michael’s Church in Isel.
People can have up to three items valued for a charity donation.
There will also be cakes and bakes and a raffle with prizes including Sunday lunch at Cockermouth Golf Club, a bottle of Tattinger; malt whisky and The One whisky from Lakes Distillery
No appointment is needed and people are urged just to attend on the day.
