Ten fire crews tackled a blaze on a Maryport industrial estate.
Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service said 10 fire engines, plus other specialist firefighting vehicles, were called at around 10.30pm yesterday, Wednesday July 8 to a commercial property on Glasson Industrial Estate, Maryport.
Crews from Maryport, Cockermouth, Workington, Whitehaven, Aspatria, Wigton, Egremont, and Silloth fire stations, an aerial appliance from Carlisle and a command unit from Penrith, responded and used two breathing apparatus, five hose reels, and a main jet to extinguish the fire.
Firefighters arrived on scene within eight minutes and were in attendance for two-and-a-half hours.
