A large quantity of drugs and about £1,500 in cash have been seized after a police crackdown in Penrith.
Officers from the Eden Neighbourhood Policing Team carried out a day of action on Friday July 10 to target the use and sale of drugs in the town.
Cumbria police used plain clothes and uniformed officers during the operation.
Nine people were stopped and searched, resulting in one arrest for supplying controlled drugs.
Following the arrest, officers searched a property and recovered around 50 THC pens, a large quantity of cannabis, nitrous oxide and the cash.
The suspect was released under investigation while officers carry out further enquiries.
Two other people were given community resolutions for possessing a class B controlled substance.
The resolutions direct individuals towards support services to tackle drug use, but further offences could lead to criminal prosecution.
