A free support session focusing on grief and self-care will take place in a West Cumbrian town.
The Comfort Cafe will host an event at Christ Church Rooms in Cockermouth on Thursday July 30.
The workshop will be led by Emma Andrews, a bereavement counsellor and care co-ordinator at Eden Valley Hospice.
It will focus on the importance of self-care to build resilience and face the future with hope.
The session is aimed at people living with grief and managing its pain.
People can join an informal discussion, share experiences and find support in a comfortable and safe space.
Understanding grief can help people make sense of their own experiences and support others.
A previous informal get-together took place on Thursday January 29.
The upcoming session will run from 10.30am to noon. Entry and refreshments are free and all are welcome.
