Kendal golfers raised £3,715 for children with life-threatening illnesses.
Kendal Caravans sponsored the event at the town’s Carus Green Golf Club to raise funds for Donna’s Dream House in Blackpool.
The charity said the donation would be used to benefit children and teenagers who, along with their families, could enjoy paid-for stays in the town.
The golf day was organised by two of the business’s customers, Chris and Sarah Taylor, helped by Vanda and Andrew Richardson, of AR Golf Events.
Over 40 players took part in the event.
Prizes included a Swift Sprite touring caravan for anyone achieving a hole-in-one, but it returned to Kendal Caravans unclaimed.
A Swift Carrera 184 campervan was also showcased on the day.
Kendal Caravans is headquartered in Selside near Kendal, and also a branch in Blackpool.
Mark Molyneaux, managing director, thanked everyone who had contributed to the event, including Cumbrian and Blackpool businesses which supported the day.
He added that the company’s Blackpool dealer principal, Phil Tabiner, had co-ordinated the activities.
