A West Cumbrian man’s shops ban has been extended due to persistent offending.
In 2025, Dylan Scott, then 24, was given a two-year criminal behaviour order.
Workington magistrates banned him from:
- Entering Morrisons Daily, Harrington Road, Workington
- Entering any property or premises that are part of the Workington Schemelink or who display the Schemelink sign at any time.
- Entering The Perfume Shop, Ivison Lane, Workington
This week, Copeland police said officers from the neighbourhood policing team had secured a variation to the order.
It means the order has been extended until 2029 and has conditions banning him from shops in Workington and Whitehaven.
