[A]t 2:36pm today, Monday 8 May firefighters were called to a fire involving a lorry which had spread to rubbish in a yard on Sandysike to Hornickhill Road, Sandysike, Longtown.
A spokesman for Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service said: “The crews from Carlisle East and Carlisle West used two hose reels to put the fire out.
“A thermal imaging camera was used to check the area before crews left the scene.”
