Firefighters rescue man trapped under vehicle near Carlisle

[A]t 3:43pm today, Friday 12 May firefighters were called to a man trapped by his arm under a vehicle on Lowry Street, Blackwell.

A spokesman for Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service said: “The crew used air bags to rescue the man.”
