[C]umbria County Council is inviting potential foster carers in Carlisle to events this week:
- Monday 26 June – Drop-in at Ivegill Village Hall between 9am – 3.30pm
- Wednesday 28 June – Information event at Carlisle East Community Fire Station (Eastern Way) – Presentation starting at 6pm
The council is looking for carers for children of all ages and is asking if you believe you have the skills to make a positive change to the lives of children and young people, then consider becoming a foster carer.
The above events will be hosted by the county council’s fostering team and foster carers. They will be on hand to answer questions, talk you through the process, the support available and offer confidential advice.
