[P]olice have charged a Carlisle man with handling stolen goods and two counts of fraud by false representation.
John Lowe, aged 39, of no fixed abode, will appear before North Cumbria Magistrates’ Court today (30th June).
His charges are in connection with the use of credit cards on Wednesday 28th June which were connected to a burglary that occurred at a property on Wellside Walk, Carlisle, on Tuesday 27th March.
