[P]OLICE investigating an assault on a woman in Citadel Row, Carlisle, have released images of two women they would like to speak with in connection with the incident.
The assault occurred at around 1.45am on Friday 19 May 2017.
The victim was knocked to the ground and kicked by two women, suffering cuts and bruises in the process.
Officers are keen to trace the women pictured.
The first is described as white and around 5ft 4ins tall. She is of a large build with long blonde hair. She was wearing a short pink dress and was carrying a clutch bag and wearing white shoes.
The second is also white, with long, dark brown hair. She is of slim build and around 5ft 1ins tall. She was wearing a darker pink mid-length dress with a silver bangle and silver sparkly shoes.
Anyone who recognises either of those pictured is urged to contact police.
