[P]olice are investigating a high value burglary in Swarthdale Avenue. The incident occurred between 12pm, on Friday, 14th July and 11am, on Monday, 17th July, persons unknown have broken into a house in Ulverston, and stolen £1000 cash and numerous items of jewellery.
Items stolen include:
A gold watch, sovereign and half sovereign ring, two wedding rings, gold sovereign on a chain, cameo ring, diamond solitaire engagement ring, gold chain and locket, gate bracelet, link chain and bracelet, three tone gold bracelet, lotus pearl necklace. In total, items worth over £7000 have been stolen.
