[P]olice are investigating a building fire at a historic Carlisle building, which at this time is being treated as Arson. The incident occurred on Friday, 14th July 2017, at approximately 4:30pm.
The Ukrainian Club, on the corner of Silloth Street and Wigton Road, Carlisle, suffered significant structural damage from the fire.
Police are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen anyone in, on, or leaving the building before the fire started.
