[P]olice are investigating an incident in which a 66-year-old man was assaulted.
The incident occurred on Monday, 31st July 2017, at around 7:30pm, at the Tennis Courts, Millom Park, George’s Road, Millom.
A man aged 66 from Millom, was tackled to the ground and assaulted by two young males.
The two offenders were part of a larger group of youths who were seen in the area.
The offenders are described as:
Offender 1: Approximately 14-15 years old, white male, 5’8, slim build with short dark hair. He was wearing a dark hoody and dark tracksuit bottoms.
Offender 2: Approximately 14-15 years old, white male, slim build with short, curly, light brown/ginger hair. He was wearing a dark jacket and dark tracksuit bottoms.
