[P]olice are investigating an unprovoked assault on Duke Street, Penrith, where a man is seen to push a woman to the ground.
The incident occurred on the pavement between the Beacon Social Club and the Cumbrian Properties estate agents.
The assault occurred at approximately 10.30pm on Sunday 30th July 2017.
