Youngsters across north and West Cumbria will be able to swim for 10p during the summer holidays.
Cumberland Council has put the discounted scheme in place for children aged up to 16.
It will run from Monday July 20 until Monday August 31 on specified days.
The authority is running the project with support from Everyone Active, GLL and Wigton Baths Trust.
The 10p sessions will be available at five leisure sites at allocated times.
At Cockermouth Leisure Centre and the Copeland Pool and Fitness Centre in Whitehaven, the scheme will be available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1pm to 2pm.
Sessions at The Sands Centre in Carlisle and Workington Leisure Centre will take place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 11am.
Wigton Baths will offer discounted swimming on Monday and Friday from 11am to noon, and on Wednesday from 11.30am to 12.30pm.
